摘 要:目的分析季节对健康青年男性维生素D水平的影响。方法用电化学发光法测定健康青年男性457例血清25-羟基维生素D [25-(OH)D]水平,分析不同季节维生素D水平。结果本组人群血清25-(OH)D的浓度为(28±8)ng/m L,维生素D缺乏、不足、充足分别占总人数的17.1%、45.1%、37.9%。不同季节25-(OH)D的浓度,春季为(25±7)ng/m L,夏季为(31±9)ng/m L,秋季为(31±8)ng/m L,冬季为(26±8)ng/m L,冬春季维生素D水平明显低于夏秋季,差异有统计学意义。结论青年男性维生素D缺乏明显,季节对其影响明显,春季水平最低,秋季水平最高。Objective To investigate the influence of season on vitamin D levels of healthy young men. Methods The levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in blood of 457 healthy young male were measured by electrochemiluminescence method, and the levels of vitamin D in different seasons were analyzed. Results The average level of plasma 25(OH)Vit-D concentrations of all subjects was (28±8)ng/mL. And the prevalence of deficiency, insufficiency and abundance of vitamin D were 17.1%、45.1% and 37.9%, respectively. The level of plasma 25(OH)Vit-D concentrations of all subjects in spring, summer, autumn and winter were (25±7)ng/mL,(31±9)ng/mL,(31±8)ng/mL and(26±8)ng/mL. The plasma level of 25(OH)D was lower during winter to spring than that during summer to autumn, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The prevalence of vitamin D deficiency are very high in young men living in Dongguan. The seasonal effect on vitamin D levels is obvious, with the lowest level in spring and the highest level in autumn.
