护理干预在儿童精神病药物治疗中的作用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究护理干预在儿童精神病药物治疗中的效果。方法选取2015年5月11日～2017年5月20日我院160例儿童精神病患者作为研究对象,随机将160例患儿分为观察组(80例,应用综合护理干预)、对照组(80例,应用常规护理干预)。研究对比观察组和对照组的儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表评分、康复情况评分、住院时间、不良反应发生率、服药依从性。结果观察组患儿干预后儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表评分(14.00±2.12)分,相比对照组明显更低,P <0.05;观察组患儿住院时间(65.24±28.45)d,相比对照组(79.27±32.61)d明显更短,且观察组患儿服药依从率(97.50%)相比对照组(85.00%)明显更高,P<0.05;观察组患儿不良反应发生率(7.50%)相比对照组(22.50%)明显更低,P <0.05;观察组患儿干预后康复情况评分(23.00±2.45)分,相比对照组明显更低,P <0.05。结论对精神病患儿实施综合护理的效果更优,不良反应发生更少。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on children psychosis medication.Methods One hundred and sixty children with psychosis in our hospital during May 11 2015 to May 20 2017 were divided into observation group and control group,with 80 patients in each.The control group received regular nursing care,while the observation received comprehensive nursing care.The scores of screening scale for anxiety disorders in children,rehabilitation condition,length of hospital stay,incidence of adverse reactions and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the screening scale score of children with anxiety disorders in the observation group(14.00±2.12)score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay(65.24±28.45)d in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(79.27±32.61)d,and the compliance rate(97.50%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(85.00%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(7.50%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.50%)(P<0.05).The rehabilitation score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(23.00±2.45)score,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing for children with mental illness is better and the adverse reaction is less.
