细节护理对小儿支气管炎临床效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探究细节护理对小儿支气管炎临床效果的影响。方法选取于2016年1月～2017年12月期间我院收治的70例支气管炎患儿作为主要研究对象,将患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理方法的基础上采用细节护理。记录并比较两组患儿的并发症发生率、治疗效果及护理满意度。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率及护理总满意率分别为97.1%(34/35)、94.2%(33/35),均高于对照组的80.0%(28/35)、85.7%(30/35),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为2.8%(1/35),明显低于对照组的14.2%(5/35),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在对小儿支气管炎患儿的临床治疗中采用细节护理,能够有效的缩短患儿的康复时间,并提高治疗效果以及患儿家属对护理工作的满意度。细节护理值得在临床中推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of detailed nursing on the clinical efficacy of children bronchitis.Methods 70 children with bronchitis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).The control group used routine nursing method,the observation group used detail nursing and routine nursing method.The incidence of complications,therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were 97.1%(34/35)and 94.2%(33/35),respectively,which were higher than those in the control group 80.0%(28/35),85.7%(30/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incident rate of complications in the observation group was 2.8%(1/35),which was significantly lower than the 14.2%(5/35)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The using of detailed care in the clinical treatment of children bronchitis can effectively decreased the recovery time of children,and improved the treatment effect and family members'satisfaction with nursing work,which was worth promoting in clinical practice.
