改良式低位巴氏腺囊肿造口术在治疗巴氏腺囊肿中的研究

摘　　要：目的探究改良式低位巴氏腺囊肿造口术在治疗巴氏腺囊肿中的效果。方法随机选取2015年1月～2017年8月期间我院收治的巴氏腺囊肿患者共40例,根据患者入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组为20例,对照组采用传统巴氏腺囊肿造口手术,观察组采用改良式低位巴氏腺囊肿造口手术,分别观察两组患者手术所需时间、术中出血量、引流条留置时间、切口长度、性交痛发生频率、总满意率、治愈率、日常生活质量评分。结果观察组手术所需时间、术中出血量、引流条留置时间、切口长度小于对照组[(11.54±2.38)min<(15.67±1.22)min];[(18.87±1.25)mL <(24.68±1.84)mL];[(24.94±2.57)h<(35.27±1.99)h)];[(0.83±0.23)cm <(2.98±0.04)cm];性交痛发生频率低于对照组(10.00%<40.00%);治愈率、总满意率高于对照组(100.00%> 65.00%;95.00%> 60.00%);日常生活质量评分高于对照组[(92.68±1.49)分>(81.38±1.24)分],组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论与传统巴氏腺囊肿造口手术相比,给予巴氏腺囊肿患者采用改良式低位巴氏腺囊肿造口术不仅利于改善手术指标,更利于降低性交痛以及提升手术治愈率,该治疗模式具有独特的优势,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of modified low Pap gland cyst ostomy in the treatment of pasteurian gland cyst.Methods Forty patients with Pap gland cyst received in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each group.The control group received traditional pasteurian gland cyst operation,while the observation group were treated with modified low Pap gland cyst operation.The time needed for operation,amount of blood lost during operation,length of incision,frequency of coitus pain,total satisfaction rate,cure rate and quality life score were observed respectively.Results In the observation group,the operation time,amount of blood lost during operation,length of the drainage strip and the length of incision were smaller than those in the control group[(11.54±2.38)min<(15.67±1.22)min;(18.87±1.25)mL<(24.68±1.84)mL;(24.94±2.57)h<(35.27±1.99)h);(0.83±0.23)cm<(2.98±0.04)cm].The frequency of coitus pain was lower than that of the control group(10.00%<40.00%),the cure rate and the total satisfaction rate were higher than those in the control group(100.00%>65.00%;95.00%>60.00%).The score of quality of daily life was higher than that of the control group [(92.68 ±1.49)>(81.38 ±1.24)],and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional pasteurian gland cyst operation,the modified low Pap gland cystostomy is not only helpful to improve the surgical index,but also to reduce the pain of coitus and to improve the cure rate of the patients with pasteurian gland cyst.The treatment model has particular advantages and is worthy of further clinical application.
