摘 要:三维建模技术在各领域应用广泛。矿业领域中,采矿方法三维建模技术是矿山数字化的基础。一个兼容性良好的采矿方法三维模型能够满足教学演示、三维仿真场景搭建及物理模型输出等多方面要求。工业领域建模技术发展较为完善,矿业领域复杂地质体等矿业领域的建模技术也早有学者涉略,但完整的采矿方法三维建模却缺少一套系统的方法。本文依托三维建模软件,基于工程实践二维图纸,结合工业领域建模经验,就采矿方法三维建模技术进行研究,提出基于三视图的三维模型重构法,采用B-Rep模型和CSG模型组合的方式,实现采矿方法三维模型的快速构建。重构的三维模型能够满足教学演示、三维仿真场景搭建与物理模型输出要求。3D modeling technology is widely used in various fields.In the mining industry,the three-dimensional modeling of mining methods is the basis for mine digitalization.A well-compatible 3D model of mining methods can meet many requirements such as teaching demonstrations,3D simulation scenarios,and physical model output.The development of modeling technology in the industrial field is relatively complete.Modeling techniques in the mining industry,such as complex geological bodies,have been studied by scholars,but the three-dimensional modeling of complete mining methods lacks a systematic approach.This paper proposes the three-dimensional model reconstruction method based on three-view.The method relies on three-dimensional modeling software,based on two-dimensional drawings of engineering practice,and combines the experience of modeling in the industrial field to study the three-dimensional modeling technology of mining methods,using B-Rep model and CSG model.It enables rapid construction of three-dimensional models of mining methods.The reconstructed 3D model can meet the teaching demonstration,3D simulation scene construction and physical model output requirements.
