摘　　要：大学生科研训练计划是高校提高本科生综合实力与社会竞争力、向社会输送创新型人才的有效途径之一。通过分析科研团队导向的大学生科研训练计划的特色,结合层次分析法,建立重庆邮电大学本科生科研训练计划的模糊综合评价模型,并设计调研问卷,调查目前大学生科研训练计划现状,从而提出对大学生科研训练计划的思考与建议。模糊综合评价模型将定量成果转化为定性指标,从创新质量、科教结合、成果转化、组织管理、科研素养五个方面反映科研训练情况,结合研究结果,针对存在的问题具体提出了可以从宣传力度、训练周期、经费资助、管理制度、资源配置、导师作用等方面推动大学生科研训练计划的发展的思考。The undergraduate research training program is one of the most effective ways of improving the comprehensive strength and the social competitiveness and conveying innovation talent of universities to the community.This paper establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of research training in Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications through the analytic hierarchy process and the advantages of undergraduate research training program based on scientific research base and team,and then designs targeted survey questionnaire to investigate the status of the current undergraduates research training program,which made recommendations and considerations for research training program.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model convert quantitative results to qualitative indicators,reflecting the research situation from five areas of innovation,integration of study and teaching,production transform,organization management,scientific research accomplishment.Based on the findings,this paper put forward some measures to promote the development of undergraduate research training program,such as propaganda,training cycle,research funding,management system,resource allocation and mentor role.
