环境政治视阈下生态文明建设的逻辑探析

摘　　要：生态文明作为一种文明形态,并非短期可以促成的。生态文明建设的内在逻辑还需要进一步"抽丝剥茧",这是进一步推动中国特色社会主义"五位一体"总体布局的要求,当然也是新时代的要求。环境政治的视域和研究方法在应合生态文明时,产生了多元的利益主体(不仅仅限于政府、企业、社会、媒体及公众)。不同的主体彼此利益纠葛,形成了错综复杂的生态利益圈层,且在这个圈层中主体的地位并不对等。对此要尝试继续优化生态文明建设的路径:执政党执政思维的绿化;构建生态法治政府;完善生态环境行政监管体制;培养生态公民社会。Ecological civilization is an eternal topic,the logic of ecological civilization construction need to be further explored,which is the requirements of the times,but also further promote the Chinese socialism"five in one"general layout requirements.The main framework of environmental politics have interests of innovation(government,enterprise,society,the media,the public and so on),with the the construction of ecological civilization in the pursuit of value,namely the implementation of green revolution.You can get a glimpse of the real status of the asymmetry between different subjects and power imbalances in the game process and the political environment in the unbalance,leading to multiple causes of this phenomenon,the most important thing is the environment under the framework of political centralization and decentralization.This paradox to the renovation of the law,to continue to optimize the path of ecological civilization construction:the ruling party thought construction of ecological greening;improve the ecological environment of government under the rule of law;administrative Supervision system;the development of ecological civil society.
