水胶体敷料在高频电离子治疗联合二氧化碳激光术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨水胶体敷料在高频电离子治疗联合二氧化碳激光术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年7月至2018年1月收治的100例高频电离子治疗联合二氧化碳激光术患者作为调查对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组术后单纯涂抹金霉素眼膏,研究组术后采用水胶体敷料,设置14 d为治疗周期,比较两组患者红斑、色素沉着、创面愈合及患者对创面愈合效果满意度情况。结果研究组创面愈合时间和红斑持续时间均短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组色素沉着发生率为8. 16%,对照组为25. 00%,研究组发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组患者对创面愈合效果满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论水胶体敷料可有效促进高频电离子治疗联合二氧化碳激光术后患者的创面愈合,降低色素沉着发生率,提高患者对创面愈合的满意度。Objective To discuss the application effect of hydrocolloid dressing in patients after high frequency electric therapy combined with carbon dioxide laser surgery. Methods Materials:To select 100 cases of patients with high-frequency electric therapy combined with carbon dioxide laser surgery in our hospital from July 2017 to January 2018 as the study subjects. They were divided into study group and control group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group applied chlortetracycline around the eyes after the surgery, while the study group applied hydrocolloid dressing after the surgery. The treatment period was set as 14 days. The erythema, hyperpigmentation, wound healing and patient satisfaction with wound healing were compared between the two groups. Results The healing time and erythema duration of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0.05). The incidence of pigmentation in the study group was 8.16%, and that in the control group was 25.00%. The incidence of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05 ). The satisfaction of patients in the study group about the wound healing effect was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressing can promote the wound healing of patients after high-frequency electric therapy combined with carbon dioxide laser surgery effectively. Meanwhile, it can reduce the incidence of pigmentation and improve the satisfaction of patients with wound healing.
