摘 要:简要回顾了煤气脱硫脱氰工艺的发展历程,介绍了湿式吸收法和湿式氧化脱硫法的原理及进展。总结了硫磺回收、WSA接触法制硫酸、克劳斯炉生产硫磺、硫氰酸盐和硫代硫酸盐的提取、昆帕库斯法制浓硫酸、希罗哈克斯法制硫酸铵等副产品回收工艺过程。并从工艺优选、设备及技术开发、废液资源化处理方面提出煤气脱硫脱氰技术的优化建议。The development of gas desulfurization and decyanation process was briefly reviewed. The principle and process of wet absorption method and wet oxidation desulfurization method were introduced. The process of sulfur recovery, WSA contact sulfuric acid production, Claus furnace production of sulfur, extraction of thiocyanate and thiosulfate, Kunpakus process of concentrated sulfuric acid production, Hirohax process of ammonium sulfate production and other by -product recovery process were summarized. Suggestions on the optimization of gas desulfurization and decyanation technology were put forward fromthe aspects of process optimization, equipment and technology development and waste liquor resource treatment.
