摘 要:针对迁安中化二段脱硫系统挥发氨含量低、塔后硫化氢含量超标的问题,进行了原因分析。探讨了脱硫液中挥发氨含量对脱硫效率的影响,分析了影响脱硫液中挥发氨含量的因素,并对脱硫系统氨的物料平衡进行了计算。在此基础上采取了降低二段脱硫塔吸收温度、降低熔硫釜清液温度、改造二段蒸氨冷凝氨水管及设置脱硫尾气回收系统等一系列技改措施。改造后二段脱硫塔挥发氨质量浓度由原来的5 g/L~6 g/L提高到了9 g/L~10g/L,塔后硫化氢质量浓度降至<100 mg/m3。In view of the problems of low volatile ammonia content and excessive H2S content in the second-stage desulfurization system of Qian′an Zhonghua, the reasons were analyzed. The influence of volatile ammonia content in desulfurization solution on desulfurization efficiency was discussed. The factors influencing the content of volatile ammonia in desulfurization solution were analyzed, and the material balance of ammonia in desulfurization system was calculated. On this basis, a series of technical improvement measures were carried out, such as reducing absorption temperature of the second-stage desulfurization column, reducing the clear liquid temperature of the sulfur melting kettle, reforming the ammonia condensation pipe of the second-stage ammonia distillation and setting up the tail gas recovery system. After the modification, the volatile ammonia concentration in the second-stage desulfurization column was increased from 5 g/L-6 g/L to 9 g/L-10 g/L, and the mass concentration of H2S was decreased to less than 100 mg/m^3.
