摘  要:针对煤清洁转化过程流化床内复杂气固两相流动特性,采用电容层析成像(简称ECT)技术,考察了流化床内玻璃珠和树脂颗粒瞬时和时均的固相体积分数分布特性。结果表明,利用不同时刻的瞬时固相体积分数等值图,可实现对截面颗粒分布的量化检测;局部时均固相体积分数沿径向呈"中心低、边壁高"的对称分布,截面时均固相体积分数沿轴向呈"下浓上稀"分布,测量结果与经典理论和实验观察相一致,表明ECT方法可以定性与定量测定流化床内气固两相流动过程固相体积分数。In view of the complex gas-solid flow characteristics in the fluidized bed for coal clean conversion process, the solids volume fraction distribution of glass beads and resin was investigated by electrical capacitive tomography (ECT) in the fluidized bed. The results showed the instantaneous solids volume fraction isogram at different time could be used to quantitatively detect the particle distribution in the cross section. The local time-averaged solids volume fraction was symmetrically distributed along the radial direction, and the solids volume fraction was higher in the near wall region, whilst lower in the center of the bed. Also, the time-averaged solid volume fraction in the cross section was distributed along the axial direction, and the solids volume fraction was higher in the lower place, whilst lower in the upper place. The measured distribution was consistent with the classical theory and experimental observation, which indicated that the ECT method could quantitatively and qualitatively determine the solids volume fraction of gas-solid flow process in the fluidized bed.
