摘 要:研制了以单片机为控制核心的数字化高压直流电源装置,这克服了传统工频机械式调压误差大、效率低的缺点。以倍压整流电路直流输出电压和电流为反馈量,经电压电流采样电路送入单片机控制电路实现对直流输出电压的跟踪控制。试验测试结果表明,该高压直流电源装置可方便地在0~40kV范围内调节直流输出电压,从而进一步验证控制策略的正确性。This paper develops a digitalized high voltage DC power supply based on single chip microcomputer (SCM),which overcomes the shortcomings such as large error and low efficiency of traditional power frequency mechanical voltage regulation. The output voltage and current of double voltage rectifying circuit are taken as fed back equivalent,and sent to the SCM control circuit though voltage and current sampling circuit to realize the tracking and control of DC output voltage.The experimental test results show that the high voltage DC power supply can easily adjust the DC output voltage in the range of 0~40 kV,thus the correctness of control strategy is further verified.
