云南乡规民约的发展演变及社会功能研究

摘　　要：乡规民约是特定地区内居民共同遵守的行为规范。经过明清以来的曲折发展,云南乡规民约鲜明的地域性和民族性日益凸显。通过综述云南乡规民约在协调族际关系、维护地方稳定、促进经济发展、维护生态平衡、加强国家治理和推动地方自治方面所产生的社会功能,指出乡规民约有其存在的合理性和必要性,对其持续发挥其作用提出了参考意见。The traditional village rules are the behavior norms of the residents in a particular region. Distinctive regionalism and ethnicity of the traditional village rules in Yunnan is becoming more evident through the tortuous development since the Ming and Qing Dynasties. By summarizing the social functions of traditional village rules in the aspects of coordinating inter ethnic relations. maintaining local stability. promoting economic development. maintaining ecological balance. strengthening national governance and promoting local autonomy. it points out the rationality and necessity of traditional village rules. and puts forward some suggestions for its sustainable development.
