摘 要:东海海域油气资源丰富,具有广阔的开发前景,但受制于对东海油气藏地质条件认识的不足,近年来开发的油气田储量波动较大,开发效果大多低于预期。东海海域某油气田突破常规开发模式,建立区域勘探开发一体化快速建产模式。油气田建设中采用多项关键技术,在国内首次研发并成功实施了适用于边际油气田开发的百米水深级的新型海管和立管系统。实践表明,该模式能够落实油气藏类型及储量规模,进一步提高了对东海油气藏地质条件的认识。同时,能够为东海以后多个类似构造的勘探、开发一体化工程项目提供技术和管理参考,为国家从能源需求多样化、提升战略竞争力等方面提供强有力的支持,为响应“海洋强国”的国家战略奠定坚实的硬件基础。There are abundant oil and natural gas resources in the East China Sea and they are of great prospect for development.However,reserves of these oil and gas fields fluctuated greatly in recent years,and the development effect is much lower than the expectation,because of insufficient understanding of the geological conditions of oil and gas reservoirs in the East China Sea.In some oil and gas field a regional exploration&development integration model is established for rapid production,in which a number of key technologies in construction of the oil and gas field is adopted,and a new type of marine tube and riser system is applied for the development of the marginal oil and gas field(with water depth level of 100 meters).Developing practice shows that the awareness of reservoir geological conditions in the East China Sea is improved,as well as technical and management reference is provided for many similar integrated exploration and development projects in the East China Sea.
