摘  要:论文从预燃室混合气浓度、射流火焰一致性、主燃室混合气混合均匀程度三方面对一台船用天然气发动机的稀薄燃烧过程展开了优化研究,试验表明:预燃室节流塞孔径为2mm时的预燃室内混合工质浓度能够提高火焰传播速度,提高整机热效率0.5%左右;预燃室单向阀密封性是影响各缸燃烧均一性的关键因素,在各试验件泄漏量低于200L/h时,各缸爆压偏差可控制在8%以内;燃气与空气压差保持在130kPa时各缸排温偏差可控制在3%以内,各缸爆压偏差可控制在6%以内,各缸循环变动系数控制在4%以内,整机运行平稳,性能指标满足要求。In this paper,optimization of the rarefied combustion process of a marine natural gas engine is studied from three aspects:concentration of the mixture in the pre-combustion chamber,consistency of the jet flame and mixing uniformity of mixed gases.The experiment shows that when diameter of throttle is 2mm,mixture concentration in the pre-combustion chamber can improve the propagation velocity of flame and increase the heat efficiency of the whole machine by about 0.5%,and the sealing property of the one-way valve in the precombustion chamber is the key factor affecting the uniformity of the combustion in each cylinder.When the leakage of the test parts is less than 200 L/h,deviation of detonation pressure between cylinders can be controlled within 8%.When the difference between gas and air pressure is kept at 130 kpa,deviation of temperature between the cylinders can be controlled within 3%and deviation of detonation pressure for each cylinder can be controlled at 6%,and the cyclic variation coefficient is controlled within 4%,so that the whole machine runs smoothly,and its performance index meets the requirement.
