胜利油田海上石油平台弃置技术研究

摘　　要：我国经历了海上油田建设的高峰期后,设施老化需要拆除的退役平台数量不断增加;胜利埕岛油田部分平台需要开展弃置工作。论文介绍了海上石油平台弃置的国家相关法律法规要求;阐述了平台弃置方案所应当考虑的几个方面问题;重点介绍了水下结构拆除的几种方式方法及特点;并对胜利埕岛油田目前完成的工作及下步的研究方向进行了说明。目前胜利埕岛油田海上退役平台弃置技术研究还有许多工作要做,力争探求一种适应胜利埕岛海域的成熟的平台弃置技术。After the peak period of offshore oilfield construction in China,some of the facilities start ageing,which leads to a high demand for decommissioning offshore platform.It is particularly the case in the Shengli Chengdao oil field.In this paper,we mainly focus on various cutting technologies and disposal features of subsea structure.Aspects that should be considered in the scheme of platform disposal has been highlighted,accompanied by the relevant national laws and regulations on offshore platform disposal.
