摘  要:大流量安全阀的阀芯卸油孔的合理设计对其性能的影响比较大,阀芯卸油孔设计太大,会对出口处的密封圈产生非常大的冲击,减少阀的使用寿命;若阀芯卸油孔的面积设计小,流量达不到设计要求,当顶板突然来压时,安全阀不能快速卸荷,从而对立柱影响非常大。因此,对于传统的单排卸荷口,设计出了双排出油孔的阀芯结构,将两种阀芯流道模型在Fluent软件下仿真,由速度和压力云图可知双排卸油孔安全阀阀芯性能更好。The reasonable design of the oil discharge hole of the spool of the large flow relief valve plays an important role to its performance.Valve core oil discharge hole design which is too large will have a great impact on the sealing ring at the exit and reducing the service life of the valve;If the valve core out of the hole area design is small,the flow can not meet the design requirements.When the roof suddenly come to pressure,the safety valve can not be quickly unloaded.Thus the impact on the column is very large.Therefore,for the traditional single row unloading port,the spool structure with double discharge holes is designed.The two spool flow model is simulated under the Fluent software.The speed and pressure nephogram show that the performance of the double row oil unloading hole safety valve spool is better than the single drain hole.
