摘 要:针对机械密封系统的密封性和使用寿命短的问题,根据平面机械密封结构原理建立几何模型,利用数理分析、ANSYS应力分析以及样机试验数据分析对平面机械密封性能的影响因素进行判定。分析结果显示:对于密封腔内径为76. 2 mm的孔径,弹簧比压设定为0.24 MPa,摩擦系数应小于0.05,当密封腔内压力高达35 MPa时,密封环相对转速应小于60 r/min,当密封腔内压力减小至15 MPa时,密封环相对转速可达100 r/min,如能合理调节弹簧比压、密封面摩擦系数、密封腔压力以及密封环相对转速,可大大提高密封系统的使用寿命。According to the problem of the sealing and service life of mechanical seal system,the geometrical model was established according to the principle of plane mechanical seal structure,and the influence factors of plane mechanical seal performance were determined by mathematical analysis,ANSYS and prototype test data analysis.The result of the analysis shows that the diameter of the chamber diameter of the sealed cavity is 76.2 mm,the spring ratio is 0.24 MPa,and the friction coefficient should be less than 0.05,when the pressure in the sealing chamber is as high as 35 MPa,the relative speed of the sealing ring should be less than 60 r/min.When the pressure in the sealing chamber is reduced to 15 MPa,the relative speed of the sealing ring can reach 100 r/min.If the pressure of spring ratio,the friction coefficient of sealing surface,sealing chamber pressure and the relative speed of the sealing ring can be adjusted reasonably,the service life of the sealing system can be greatly improved.
