摘 要:本文针对CO_2/NH_3复叠式制冷系统提出了一种能够利用压缩机排气显热的喷射复叠制冷系统,可解决一般制冷系统节流后闪蒸汽干扰蒸发换热等问题,并提升系统综合性能。通过MATLAB调用REFPROP软件建立系统模型进行具体数值模拟分析研究,并进行相应验证。通过变工况模拟计算表明,当发生压力越高、蒸发温度越低时,本系统的性能优势越明显。通过计算可得,当蒸发温度为-55℃、发生压力为7 MPa时,本系统的性能系数相对普通复叠式系统可提升10%。A cascade ejection refrigeration system which can utilize the compressed exhaust heat is designed to improve the system performance and to solve the problem that flash steam interferes evaporative heat transfer in general steam compression refrigeration system. The system model was established by using REFPROP software and MATLAB to take numerical simulation and was verified by experimental data. In addition, the calculation shows that under the higher pressure and the lower evaporation temperature, the refrigeration system performance will be probably superior to the unimproved ordinary cascade refrigeration system. According to the calculation results, when the evaporation temperature is ?55 °C and the pressure is 7 MPa, the coefficient of performance can be increased by 10% compared with the conventional cascade system.
