摘  要:目的优选肺炎合剂的提取工艺条件。方法以盐酸麻黄碱和虎杖苷含量及浸出液浓缩后的相对密度所构成的综合评分为评定指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验法,考察加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间、提取次数4个因素对水提取工艺的影响,并进行验证试验。结果最优提取工艺为加8倍量水,浸泡90/120 min,提取3次,每次提取1 h。结论以优选提取工艺制备的肺炎合剂中盐酸麻黄碱、虎杖苷含量高,溶液相对密度大,且稳定性、重复性好。Objective To optimize the conditions of the extraction process for Feiyan Mixture.Methods With the comprehensive scores consisting of the content ephedrine hydrochloride and polydatin and the relative density of evaporated lixivium after concentration as the evaluation indexes,L9(3^4)orthogonal test was used to investigate the effects of water addition,soaking time,extraction time and extraction times on the water extraction process,and validation test was carried out.Results The optimum extraction process was as follows:adding 8 times of water,soaking for 90/120 min,extracting for 3 times with 1 h each time.Conclusion In the Feiyan Mixture prepared by the optimized extraction process,the content of ephedrine hydrochloride and polydatin is high,the relative density of the solution is high,the stability and repeatability are good.
