摘　　要：目的探讨中药贴敷神阙穴治疗多发伤后胃肠功能障碍的效果及对肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和肠三叶因子(ITF)的影响。方法选择医院2014年1月至2016年1月收治的多发伤后胃肠功能障碍患者100例,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组和试验组,各50例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予安慰剂,试验组给予中药贴敷神阙穴。结果试验组总有效率为94. 00%,明显高于对照组的80. 00%(P <0. 05);治疗3 d及7 d后,两组患者TNF-α水平均明显降低,ITF水平明显升高,且试验组变上述指标均优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论中药贴敷神阙穴治疗多发伤后胃肠功能障碍效果显著,且有助于改善TNF-α及ITF水平。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine application at Shenque point in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after multiple injuries and its effect on the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and intestinal trefoil factor(ITF).Methods Totally 100 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after multiple injuries admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to different treatment methods,50 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the patients in the control group were given the placebo,while the patients in the experimental group were applied to traditional Chinese medicine at Shenque point.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control goup(P<0.05).After 3 and 7 d of treatment,the levels of TNF-αwere significantly decreased,while the levels of ITF were significantly increased in the two groups,and the above indexes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine application at Shenque point is effective in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after multiple injuries,and it is helpful to improve the levels of TNF-αand ITF.
