摘　　要：目的为医院制订转化糖制剂的临床管理办法提供参考。方法统计并分析医院2016年(管理前)和2017年(管理后)转化糖制剂的消耗金额及构成比,以及相应患者的适应证和疗程。结果与管理前比较,管理后转化糖制剂消耗金额及构成比显著降低,使用合理性显著提高。结论转化糖制剂在临床使用广泛,采取措施规范其使用可促进医院临床用药更安全、有效、经济。Objective To provide reference for formulating the clinical management of invert sugar preparations in a hospital.Methods The consumption amount and its constituent ratio of invert sugar preparations as well as the indications and treatment course of patients in the hospital in 2016(before management)and 2017(after management)were analyzed.Results Compared with before management,the consumption amount and its constituent ratio of invert sugar preparations were significantly reduced after manae-ment,and the rationality of use was significantly improved.Conclusion Invert sugar preparations are widely used in the clinic.Taking measures to standardize the use of invert sugar preparations can promote the safety,effectiveness and economy of clinical medication in the hospital.
