摘　　要：目的促进临床合理用药,为医院药品调控提供参考。方法利用医院信息管理系统,检索2017年神经内科辅助用药的数据,采用用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)等指标对用药进行统计与分析。结果销售金额排在前10位的均为注射剂,以脑血管类药为主,位居首位的为前列地尔注射液; DDDs居首位的为奥美拉唑肠溶片。结论该院神经内科临床用药以活化脑血管神经药和护胃药为主,奥美拉唑肠溶片DDDs最高,单品用药仍存在不合理现象,应加强药品的管理和用药指导,规范临床用药。Objective To promote rational drug use in the clinic and provide reference for drug control in the hospital.Metliods The data of adjuvant drugs used in the Department of Neurology in 2017 were retrieved by the hospital information management system,the sales amounts and DDDs were used to make statistics and analysis of drug use.Results The top 10 sales amounts were injections,mainly cerebrovascular drugs,Alprostadil Injection ranked first.Omeprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets ranked first for DDDs.Conclusion Activating cerebrovascular nerve drugs and stomach-protecting drugs are the main clinical medicines in the Department of Neurology in our hospital.The DDDs of Omeprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets is the highest.There are still unreasonable phenomena in single drug use.Drug management and medication guidance should be strengthened to standardize clinical medication.
