摘 要:针对棱镜式激光陀螺跳模过程性能较差的现象,系统研究了棱镜式激光陀螺的跳模特性。建立了稳频执行机构的数学模型,理论分析了整个跳模过程,给出了跳模电压增量与温度及跳模起始电压的函数关系,消除了跳模过程脉冲数波动大的现象。进一步研究了棱镜式激光陀螺的开闭环扫模特性,实验结果表明,合光限模较浅会引起双纵模竞争从而导致陀螺跳模跳数。在不改变谐振腔合光限模参数的前提下,调整光强参考电压或反馈回路前置放大增益的方法可以使开闭环扫模特性合适,避免陀螺跳模跳数。此分析结果可以改善陀螺精度,减少谐振腔返修率,提高陀螺生产效率。In view of the poor mode hopping performance of prism laser gyros,the mode hopping performance of a prism laser gyro is systematically studied. A mathematical model of frequency stabilization actuating mechanism is established,and the mode hopping is analyzed theoretically. The functional relation between the incremental voltage of the mode hopping and its temperature and starting voltage is given,and the phenomenon that the gyro’s pulses fluctuate greatly in the process of mode hopping is eliminated. The open closed-loop scanning mode of the prism laser gyro is further studied. The experimental results show that the shallow light limiting mode causes the competition between two longitudinal modes,resulting in the gyro’s pulse hopping. Without changing the optical limiting parameters of the resonator,adjusting the light intensity reference voltage or feedback loop pre-amplification gain can make the open closed-loop scanning mode performance appropriate and avoid the gyro’s pulse hopping. The analysis result improves the precision of the gyro,reduces the rework rate of the resonator and improves the production efficiency of the gyro.
