摘　　要：针对旧设备智能化水平低的现状,设计了一款具有智能WIFI控制的继电器模块,通过移动终端控制继电器的通断,达到控制设备运行的目的。介绍了智能继电器模块的总体框架,并分模块设计了系统的硬件与软件,包括底层电路的设计制作、上层APP程序的编写与调试。在某设备改造中测试证明,安装该智能继电器模块的老设备运行状况良好,智能继电器模块的系统性能可靠。Aiming at the low intelligence level of old equipment, a relay module with intelligent WIFI control is designed and modified to achieve the function of intelligent control of the on and off of the equipment by controlling relay interruption through mobile terminal. This paper first introduces the overall framework of the intelligent relay module, and then designs the hardware and software of the system by modules, including the design and manufacture of the underlying circuit and the compilation and debugging of the upper APP program. After the production, the equipment is tested after the actual transformation. The equipment runs well. The power-on and power-off function of the equipment can be controlled by APP software, and the performance of the product is reliable.
