摘 要:太湖流域经济发达,人口密集,地形条件特殊,洪涝矛盾突出,流域排涝受到东海潮汐制约,台风防御任务艰巨,平均每年约有3.7个台风影响太湖流域。近年来,水利部太湖流域管理局主动扎实开展台风防御工作,细化落实各项减灾措施,并针对太湖流域特点大力开展防汛防台风信息化建设,强化技术支撑,突出工程调度,提升台风防御能力,取得了显著成效。重点分析了太湖流域台风防御形势,阐述太湖流域在台风防御工作中的主要做法,特别是信息化技术在防御过程中的应用。As one of the most economically developed and densely populated regions in China,Taihu Lake Basin is also highly prone to typhoon induced natural disasters, with averagely 3.7 typhoons landing or impacting the basin. The conflicts between flood prevention and drainage restriction by tides of the East China Sea make the typhoon defense in Taihu Lake Basin a difficult task. According to these characteristics,Taihu Lake Basin Authority has taken comprehensive measures in recent years and made remarkable social and economic achievements. The measures include developing the information construction vigorously,strengthening the technical support,highlighting the projects scheduling and improving the typhoon defense capability. This paper focuses on the situation of typhoon defense work in Taihu Lake Basin,and the main practices taken by Taihu Lake Basin Authority,especially the application of information technology in this process.
