摘　　要：分析了四种生活垃圾焚烧炉的特点。以某市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目为例,介绍了新型炉排型生活垃圾焚烧炉设备,采用"顺推干燥+逆推燃烧燃尽"结构设计、烟气循环烘干的工艺设计,并采用计算机CFD技术对炉排炉燃烧场进行数值模拟分析,技术先进、运行稳定,适合我国城市生活垃圾、城市污泥、餐厨垃圾等无分拣的混合型垃圾处理。This article analyzes the characteristics of the four kinds of domestic refuse incinerators. By taking a certain city domestic refuse incineration and power generation project as an example, the article introduces the equipment of new gratetype domestic refuse incinerator. The article adopts the structure design of “pushing dry + burning out of reversing combustion” and the process design of flue gas recycle drying. The article uses the computer CFD technology to carry through the numerical simulation analysis on the combustion field of the grate furnace. The incinerator shows the advanced technology and stable operation, and is suitable for the unsorted mixed-type garbage treatment of municipal domestic refuse, urban sludge, kitchen wastes etc. in China.
