摘 要:目的:针对自体血液回收机工作过程中可能出现的滚压轴调节螺母松动的现象,研究滚压泵泵距原位监测方案。方法:将薄膜压力传感器黏接在泵槽内壁,通过滚压力和泵距参数的对应关系,对泵距参数进行反演,实现基于薄膜压力传感器的泵距原位监测。将铝箔裁剪并与另一绝缘片一同粘贴在泵槽内壁,测试泵距间的分布电容,并设计LC振荡器获得共振频率,根据分布电容和共振频率进行泵距测算,实现基于分布电容的泵距原位监测。结果:基于薄膜压力传感器的泵距原位监测方法测量的泵距参数稳定、波动量小,且能对超限距离进行报警;而基于分布电容的泵距原位监测方法获得的测试结果波动大,无法准确反映实际泵距参数。结论:基于薄膜压力传感器的泵距原位监测方法实用、可行。Objective To explore an in-situ test method for the micro gap of the rolling pump within the autologous blood receiving equipment so as to determine whether the regulation nut loosening occurred at the rolling shaft.Methods A thin film force transducer was bonded inside of the groove of the pump,and then the in-situ test of the micro gap was executed with the pump gap indexes inversion based on their correspondence with the rolling pressure;an insulating strip and tailored aluminum foil were bonded inside of the groove of the pump,and then the in-situ test was implemented by obtaining resonance frequency with LC oscillator and distributed capacitance between gaps.Results The in-situ test based on thin film force transducer had stable gap indexes,low fluctuation and alarm for the gap exceeding the limit,while the test based on distributed capacitance gained high fluctuation and low accuracy for gap indexes.Conclusion The in-situ test based on thin film force transducer gains high feasibility and practicability.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2019,40(3):19-22]
