摘  要:目的:设计便携式变压吸附制氧机的控制系统,为便携式变压吸附制氧机的深入研究提供技术支持。方法:采用C8051F310单片机为控制核心,设计电源电路、负载驱动电路、空气压缩机驱动电路等外围控制电路,结合变压吸附制氧原理编写控制程序,并进行实验验证。结果:实现了微型变压吸附制氧系统的稳定、自动运行,产氧体积分数符合设计要求。结论:该控制系统具有简单方便、稳定可靠的优点,对变压吸附制氧机的小型化研究及研制具有重要的借鉴意义。Objective To design a control system for the portable PSA oxygen generator to facilitate its further development.Methods C8051F310 microcontroller was adopted as the control core unit,and the peripheral control circuits such as power supply circuit,load driving circuit and air compressor driving circuit were designed.The control program is completed based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption oxygen generation.Finally,the experimental verification was carried out.Results The control system designed contributed to stable and automatic running of the miniature PSA oxygen generator with the oxygen fraction meeting the desired requirements.Conclusion The control system gains high convenience,stability and reliability,and is of great significance to the research and development of small scale PSA oxygen generator.[Chinese Medi-cal Equipment Journal,2019,40(3):23-25,30]
