摘　　要：简要介绍了天然生物材料的特性及其对组织工程与再生医学研究的重要性,通过查阅相关文献,重点阐述了蛋白质类生物材料、多糖类生物材料、脱细胞组织衍生生物材料的特性以及它们在组织工程和再生医学中的应用,最后指出了天然生物材料具有的优势及存在的不足,为天然生物材料从基础研究到临床应用转化以及未来的发展提供了参考。The characteristics of natural biomaterials were introduced briefly along with its importance to tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.Based on literature retrieval several kinds of natural biomaterials had their characteristics and application in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine described in detail,including protein biomaterials,polysaccharide biomaterials and acellular tissue derived biomaterials.The advantages and disadvantages of natural biomaterials were pointed out to facilitate their application from basic research to clinical fields.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2019,40(3):98-103]
