摘 要:区域水资源短缺严重制约着社会经济的发展,协同度是衡量区域水资源与社会经济协调发展程度的一种手段,对探讨两者之间的协同状态具有重要意义。以协同原理和集对分析方法为指导,构建湖南省水资源与社会经济系统协同度评价模型,对湖南省14个市州2006—2016年的水资源与社会经济系统协同发展情况进行评价。研究结果表明:14个市州的水资源与社会经济系统的协同度差异明显,其中湘西州、株洲市、衡阳市、张家界市的水资源与社会经济系统的协同度较高,其协同度分别为0. 909 1、0. 363 6、0. 272 7、0. 272 7,而长沙市、湘潭市、益阳市、郴州市、永州市、怀化市和娄底市处于不协同状态。协同度存在差异最主要的原因是水资源系统的有序度波动较大,在一定程度上影响了复合系统的协同度的高低。The shortage of regional water resources seriously restricts the development of social economy. Synergy degree is an effective means to measure the degree of coordinated development of regional water resources and social economy. It is of great significance to explore the synergy state between them. Under this background, the study of the synergy degree of water resources and social economic system is helpful for the relevant departments to offer corresponding proposals to promote the synergetic development of the composite system in Hunan Province. Based on the basic principles of synergetic, synergy evaluation model between water resources system and social economic system, which substitutes contact degree of set pair analysis (SPA ) for synergy degree is established. We evaluate the synergy situation between water resources system and social economic system in 14 cities of Hunan Province from 2006 to 2016. The results show that the synergy degree has obvious differences between the water resources system and social economic system in Hunan Province. Among them, the water resources and socio-economic systems in Xiangxi, Zhuzhou, Hengyang, and Zhangjiajie have a high synergy degree, and their synergy degree are 0.909 1, 0.363 6, 0.272 7, 0.272 7 respectively. The cities of Changsha, Xiangtan, Yiyang, Chenzhou, Yongzhou, Huaihua and Loudi are in a state of non-collaboration. The main reason for the difference of synergy degree is that the order degree of water resources system fluctuates greatly, which affects the synergy degree of the composite system to a certain extent.
