肿痛熏洗液对肛肠手术后疼痛模型大鼠血清一氧化氮、前列腺素E2及白细胞介素-10水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肿痛熏洗液对肛肠手术后疼痛模型大鼠血清NO、前列腺素E2(PGE2)及白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平的影响。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、生理盐水组、马应龙麝香痔疮膏组及肿痛熏洗液组,每组8只。除正常组大鼠外,其余各组大鼠均建立肛肠术后疼痛模型。造模成功后,除正常组与模型组外,余各组分别予相应药物干预。3 d后测定大鼠血清PGE2、IL-10及NO水平。结果模型组、生理盐水组、马应龙痔疮膏组、肿痛熏洗液组血清IL-10水平均低于正常组,血清PGE2、NO水平均高于正常组(均P <0. 05)。马应龙痔疮膏组、肿痛熏洗液组血清IL-10水平均高于模型组与生理盐水组,血清PGE2、NO水平均低于模型组与生理盐水组(均P <0. 05)。肿痛熏洗液组血清IL-10水平高于马应龙痔疮膏组(P <0. 05)。结论肿痛熏洗液能够降低肛肠手术后疼痛模型大鼠血清PGE2、NO水平,提高大鼠血清IL-10水平。Objective To investigate the effects of Zhongtong Xünxi lotion on serum nitric oxide(NO),prostaglandin E-2(PGE-2) and interleukin-10(IL-10) levels in anorectal postoperative pain model rats.Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,saline group,Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment group,oRZhongtong Xünxi lotion group,with 8 rats in each group.Except foRthe normal group,the pain models afteRanorectal surgery were established in the otheRgroups.AfteRsuccessful modeling,except foRthe normal group and the model group,the otheRgroups were given corresponding drugs separately.Serum levels of PGE2,IL-10 and NO in rats were measured 3d later.Results The serum levels of IL-10 were lower,and the serum levels of PGE2 and NO were higheRin model group,saline group,Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment group and Zhongtong Xünxi lotion group than in normal group(all P <0.05).The serum levels of IL-10 were higher,and the serum levels of PGE2 and NO were loweRin Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment group and Zhongtong Xünxi lotion group than in model group and saline group(all P <0.05).The serum level of IL-10 was higheRin the Zhongtong Xünxi lotion than in the Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment group( P <0.05).Conclusion Zhongtong Xünxi lotion can reduce the serum levels of PGE2 and NO,and increase the serum level of IL-10 in anorectal postoperative pain model rats.
