摘　　要：目的编制适用于护理人员的患者参与患者安全态度的问卷,并对其进行信效度检验。为护理管理者提供一个有效的测评工具。方法回顾相关文献,采用德尔菲专家函询法形成初始问卷。对温州市某三级甲等医院219名护士进行预调查,进行项目分析;对温州市4所三级甲等医院383名护士进行正式调查,对问卷进行信效度评价。结果问卷包含护理人员对患者询问信息的态度、对患者搜集信息的态度、对患者自我照护的态度、对患者参与监督的态度4个维度,共17个条目,探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为63.90%,总问卷的内容效度为0.92,且具有较好的区分效度。问卷总Cronbach'sα为0.854,重测信度为0.709。结论护理人员对患者参与患者安全态度问卷具有良好的信效度,可以作为护理人员对患者参与患者安全态度的评估工具。Objective To develop a questionnaire to measure nurses'attitude to patient engagement on patient safety and test its reliability and validity.To provide on effective assessment tool for nursing managers.Methods Based on literature review,through two rounds of expert consultation using Delphi andpreliminary test,the items were tested in 219 nurses from one 3A-level hospital in Wenzhou.The reliability and validity were tested in 383 nurses from four top three hospitals in Wenzhou.Results The questionnaire consisted 4 subscales included the attitude of the nursing staff to the patient's inquing,attitude to patients collecting information,attitude towards patients self-care and attitude towards patient involvement in supervision,and 17 items and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 63.90%.The S-CVI was 0.92 and the questionnaire had a good separating capability.The Cronbach'sαwas 0.854 and the re-test reliability was 0.709.Conclusion The questionnaire has high levels of reliability and validity,which can be a good assessment tool of nurses'attitude to patient engagement on patient safety.
