摘 要:啮合型密炼机安装过程中,需要对主机转子的安装相位进行控制,目前所采用的控制方法一般有两种:一种是通过机加工控制,这种方法对机加工和装配要求比较高,且容易出现差错;另一种方法是通过鼓形齿联轴器的差齿法进行调整,这种方法安装较为繁琐,需要经过多次重复的拆装过程。本文介绍了一种非常简便的相位调整方法,该方法不需要在机加工时进行相位要求,并在调整时通过一次拆装就能达到非常精确的安装相位。During the installation process of the meshing type internal mixer, it is necessary to control the installation phase of the main rotor. There are generally two control methods used: one is machining control, which requires high machining and assembly requirements and is prone to errors;The other method is to adjust by the differential tooth method of the drum type toothed coupling, which is cumbersome to install and requires repeated installation and disassembly. In this paper, a very simple phase adjustment method is introduced, which has no phase requirement in machining and can achieve very accurate installation phase through one disassembly and assembly during adjustment.
