景迈山景观资源评价与开发策略研究

摘　　要：通过对景迈山人文和自然景观资源质量进行分析,对其区位条件、客源市场、自然环境条件、社会经济条件等进行评价,提出景迈山综合开发策略。结果表明:景迈山景观资源质量等级为A级,具有较好的开发前景;围绕茶产业的发展,能够较好的带动农村绿色经济的发展,实现景观资源与经济发展相互促进。本研究可为景迈山生态旅游区的环境保护与持续开发利用和当地经济平衡发展提供参考。Based on the analysis of human resources and natural landscape resources in Jingmai Mountain,and the evaluation of its location,tourist market,natural environment and socioeconomic conditions,the study put forward the comprehensive development strategy of Jingmai Mountain.The findings indicated that the landscape resource quality of Jingmai Mountain is grade A and has a good development prospect.The development of the tea industry can promote the development of green economy in rural areas,and realize the mutual promotion of landscape resources and economic development.This study can provide a reference for the environmental protection,sustainable development and utilization of the ecotourism area,and the balanced development of the local economy in Jingmai Mountain.
