金融资本、金融虚拟化和虚拟资本之辨

摘　　要：随着经济的发展,金融和虚拟资本引发了越来越多的关注。通过对金融资本、金融虚拟化及虚拟资本产生的背景、资本的性质和表现、在新时代环境下的外延和内涵进行界定,分析了金融资本和金融虚拟化的关系,指出金融虚拟化是导致金融资本和虚拟资本概念混淆的主要原因,也是辨析二者的关键所在。揭示了金融资本和虚拟资本被混淆的现状,分析了两者被混淆的原因,明确了金融资本和虚拟资本的根本性区别和内在的相互关联,为未来产融结合和虚拟经济等问题的研究提供了参考依据。With the development of economy, more attention has been paid to finance and fictitious capital. Based on the financial capital, financial capital virtualization and the background, the nature of capital and performance, denotation and connotation in the new era were defined, analyzed the relationship between financial capital and financial virtualization, pointed out that the financial virtualization is the cause of confusion between financial capital and virtual capital, is the key to differentiates the relation of both;the present situation of confusion between financial capital and fictitious capital were revealed, the reasons for the confusion were analyzed, the fundamental difference between financial capital and fictitious capital, and its internal relationship were specified, provided a reference for future research of fictitious economy and the combination between industry and finance.
