杂化聚酰亚胺的制备及其耐原子氧性能研究

摘  要:本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备含硅的有机无机杂化聚酰亚胺材料;在地面模拟设备中,对所制备材料开展了原子氧效应地面试验。实验结果表明:加入Si_2O_3的质量对质量损失(ΔM)的影响最为重要,在一定质量范围内,随着Si_2O_3加入量的增多,质量损失(ΔM)变小;超过某一定值时,质量损失(ΔM)与Si_2O_3的加入量没有明显关系。另外,适量的TEOS对耐原子氧的剥蚀有很大作用,TEOS的量在小于1时,ΔM随TEOS的增加而减少,TEOS的量在超过1的时候,ΔM随TEOS的增加变化不再明显。对含硅的杂化聚酰亚胺而言,Si元素对实验材料的表面元素含量的影响很大。试验过后O元素和Si元素有了明显上升,而C和N元素有着明显下降。Organic-inorganic hybrid polyimide materials containing silicon were prepared by sol-gel method;in the ground simulation equipment, the ground test of atomic oxygen effect on the prepared materials was carried out. The experimental results showed that the quality of Si2O3 was the most important factor affecting the quality loss (ΔM). Within a certain range of quality, with the increase of Si2O3 content, the quality loss (ΔM) decreased;beyond a certain value, the quality loss (ΔM) had no obvious relationship with the amount of Si2O3 added. In addition, a proper amount of TEOS played an important role in the denudation of atomic oxygen resistance. When the amount of TEOS was less than 1,ΔM decreased with the increase of TEOS. When the amount of TEOS exceeds 1, the change of ΔM with the increase of TEOS was not obvious. For the hybrid polyimide containing silicon, Si element had a great influence on the surface element content of the experimental material. After the experiment, the O and Si elements increased obviously, while the C and N elements decreased obviously.
