摘　　要：公安机关肩负着"维护社会大局稳定,促进社会公平正义,保障人民安居乐业"的神圣职责和使命。为保障公安队伍绝对忠诚、绝对可靠,须遵循公安思想政治工作规律,顺应时代发展对人民警察思想和行为产生的变化和影响,通过制度创新建设,促进人民警察政治立场、思想意识、道德品质和心理素质的全面提升,确保新时代人民警察意识形态的安全和可靠。The public security organs shoulder the sacred responsibility and mission of "maintaining social stability, promoting social fairness and justice, and ensxmng the people live and work in peace and contentment". In order to en-sure the absolute loyalty and reliability of public security teams, we must follow the objective rules of public security organs ideological and political work, and adapt to the changes and influences of people's police thinking and behavior in the development of the times, through the innovation and construction of its system, we should promote the overall improvement of peopled police in political position, thought and ideology, moral quality and psychological quality, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of peopled police ideology in the new era.
