摘　　要：阐述了人类社会发展与生态资本的辩证关系,认为生态资本既是经济实现可持续发展的必要物质条件,又是人类尊重保护自然理念的现实选择。从生态资本与人类生存质量紧密相关,生态资本是实现绿色发展不可或缺的支撑两个方面分析了生态资本的作用与绿色发展的转型;提出了促进生态资本产权的明晰化,推动生态资本核算的规范化,探索生态资本交易的市场化,维系生态资本补偿的常规化等绿色发展的推进与生态资本的完善的具体措施。This paper expounds the dialectical relationship between human social development and ecological capital,pointing out ecological capital is not only the necessary material condition for economic sustainable development,but also the realistic choice of human beings respecting and protecting the natural concept,analyzing the role of ecological capital and the transition of green development from 2 aspects:the quality of human life are closely related to the ecological capital and ecological capital is an indispensable support for the realization of green development,proposing concrete measures in order to advance green development and perfect ecological capital,including clarifying property rights of ecological capital,accounting standardization of ecological capital,trading market-oriented of ecological capital and compensation regularization of ecological capital.
