摘　　要：发展现代农业庄园是云南打造高原特色农业的有效途径和重大举措,是促进"四化同步"发展的战略选择。本文较为系统地总结分析了现代农业庄园的涵义、分类,相关规划理论及规划研究进展,以期为云南省进一步推动现代农业庄园发展提供一定的参考及借鉴,进而助推云南省农业现代化建设。Modern agricultural manorsdevelopment is an effective way and major initiatives to build plateau characteristic agriculture inYunnan,and it is also a strategic option to promote the development of “4 Modernizations Synchronization”.The paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the connotation,classification,relavant planning theory,as well as planning and research progress of modern agriculture manor,in order to provide reference to further promote the development of modern agricultural manors in Yunnan,thus boosting agricultural modernization construction in Yunnan province.
