摘　　要：云南省委作出了大力发展"庄园经济"的战略部署,近年全力打造了一批特色产业生态农业庄园。本文通过理论追寻、对比分析、实践踏查等手段,探讨云南现代农业庄园在前期总体规划建设及后期经营管理中存在的问题,针对性地提出了解决对策,以期为云南省进一步推动现代农业庄园发展提供一定的参考及借鉴,进而助推云南省农业现代化建设。Yunnan Provincial Party Committee has put forward the strategyof “Manor Economy”,and in recent years,efforts were made to build a number of typical industrial ecological agriculture manors.The paper through theoretical pursuit,comparative analysis,practice and survey,discusses the issues of the planning and construction in early phases andthe operation and management in later period,and targetedly put forward the strategies.It is hoped to provide reference to further promote the development of modern agricultural manors in Yunnan,thus boosting agricultural modernization construction in Yunnan Province.
