论新时代体育与艺术教育培训产业的融合

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析、比较分析和访谈等研究方法,对体育与艺术教育培训产业的融合现状与发展策略进行探讨。研究认为:政策扶持、市场需求、供给侧结构性改革是融合发展的主要动力;渗透融合模式、延伸融合模式和一体化融合模式是融合发展的主要模式;发展目标差异大、市场认知度低和政策落实不到位等问题是融合发展的主要障碍。建议:创新行业管理与发展机制,构建行业整合平台,优化人才培养模式。Using the methods of literature,logic analysis,comparative analysis and interview,this paper discusses the current situation and development strategy of the industrial integration of sports and art education. The research holds that policy support,market demand and structural reform of supply side are the main motive forces of integration and development,the main modes of integration development are infiltration integration,extension integrated integration and integration,and hugely different in development goals,low market awareness and poor policy implementation are the main barriers of integration and development. Suggestions: innovating industry management and development mechanism,constructing industry integration platform and optimizing personnel training mode.
