摘　　要：为完善新时代全面建成小康社会进程中我国残疾人公共体育服务体系,运用文献资料等方法,基于残疾人公共体育服务特征、价值,结合新时代残疾人公共服务体系的实然问题,构建符合新时代残疾人公共体育服务体系。研究发现:物质资源供给不足、人力资源严重缺乏、制度资源不够完善、信息资源运作低效是制约残疾人体育公共服务的主要因素。研究结果:构建物质资源供给保障、人力资源服务保障、制度资源的法律保障、信息资源反馈与评价保障四个要素体系有利于完善我国残疾人公共体育服务体系,为加快推进残疾人小康进程注入新的活力。To improve public sports service system for the disabled in China for the new era in the course of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,using the methods of literature,based on public sports service characteristics and value for the disabled,based on the practical problems of the public service system for the disabled for the new era,the public sports service system for the disabled for the new era is constructed. It is found that the main factors restricting the public service of disabled people's sports are insufficient supply of material resources,serious shortage of human resources,imperfect system resources and inefficient information resources. Conclusion: building systems of material resources supply,human resources service,the law,information feedback and evaluation support is helpful to perfect the disabled public sports service system in China,to accelerate the process of a moderately presperous society by injecting new vitality for the disabled.
