摘　　要：本文阐述了建设湖北林业长期科研基地的重要性和必要性,确定了基地建设总体目标及基本原则,对基地建设内容进行了合理布局,明确了基地重点科研任务,提出了建设湖北林业长期科研基地对策与措施,并对基地运行机制及保障措施进行了充分探讨,以期为湖北建设长期林业科研基地提供参考依据。This paper expounded the importance and necessity of building a long-term forestry research base in Hubei Province, and defied the overall goals and basic principles for the construction of the base, and layed out the contents of the base construction rationally, and clarified the key scientific research tasks of the base. The strategy and measures were putted forward for the construction of the long-term forestry research base in Hubei, and the operating mechanism and supporting measures of the base were fully discussed in order to provide reference basis for the construction of the long-term forestry research base in Hubei.
