团体采购在山西煤炭行业的适用性研究

摘　　要：煤炭是我国的基础资源,它为我国的经济发展发挥了很大的作用。然而随着全球经济的发展低迷,煤炭行业也遭受了严重的冲击,我国煤炭行业出现了严重的产能过剩问题,在一定程度上阻碍了经济的发展。本研究回顾了煤炭行业的发展现状,基于交易成本理论,将团体采购运用在山西煤炭行业,解决中小企业采购煤炭困难及山西煤炭行业产能过剩的问题。本文运用调查问卷的方式对团体采购联盟这种全新的煤炭采购方式做了适用性调查,向煤炭采购企业发放并收集到了537份问卷,之后运用了结构方程模型对概念模型做了检验。结果发现,当不确定性越高时,中小型煤炭采购企业更愿意采用团体采购,当采购频率越高、采购规模越小时,企业更愿意采用团体采购将订单集合起来联合采购;而采购频率和团体采购没有重大的联系;团体采购可以整合供应链下游的采购需求订单,进而对上游的煤炭生产进行指导,减低煤炭过剩产能,促进煤炭企业的发展。Coal is China's basic resource and plays an important role in China's economic development. However, with the development of the global economy, the coal industry has also suffered a serious impact. China's coal industry has experienced severe overcapacity problems and has also hindered economic development to some extent. This study reviews the development of the coal industry. Based on the transaction cost theory, this new group procurement method is applied to the Shanxi coal industry to solve the problem of coal procurement by SMEs and overcapacity of coal in Shanxi. This paper uses questionnaires to conduct a survey on the applicability of the new coal procurement methods of the Group Procurement Alliance, and issues and collects 537 questionnaires from coal procurement companies. After examining the conceptual model using the structural equation model, it was found that small and medium-sized coal procurement companies were more willing to adopt group procurement when the uncertainty was higher. When the procurement frequency is high and the procurement scale is small, companies are more willing to use group purchases to assemble orders and purchase together. There is no major department in procurement frequency and group procurement;group procurement can integrate procurement demand orders downstream of the supply chain, thereby guiding upstream coal production, reducing excess coal production capacity, and promoting the development of coal enterprisess.
