摘  要:长期以来,土地资源在经济社会发展过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。加强对土地资源承载力水平的科学评价,成为科学规划区域经济社会发展的重要依据。运用"物理Wuli-事理Shili-人理Renli"(WSR)系统方法论构建土地资源承载力理论框架和指标体系,综合运用"熵值-耦合协调-灰色关联"等系统分析方法,对京津冀地区土地资源承载力综合水平、主要影响因素、系统协调发展水平、系统内部的关联程度进行系统评价。研究表明:京津冀地区土地资源承载力无论是综合水平还是有序发展水平,均呈上升态势。其中",使用消费"子系统对北京市土地资源承载力系统耦合协调发展水平影响较大",生态破坏"子系统对天津市和河北省土地资源承载力系统耦合协调发展水平影响较大。For a long time, land resources play an extremely important role in the process of economic and social development. Strengthening the scientific evaluation of land resources carrying capacity has become an important basis for the scientific planning of regional economic and social development. The theoretical framework and index system of land resources carrying capacity can be constructed by using the "Wuli-Shili-Renli"(WSR) system methodology,the comprehensive level of land resources carrying capacity, the main influencing factors, the coordinated development level of the system and the correlation degree within the system in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were systematically evaluated by using the systematic analysis method of "entropy-coupling coordination-grey correlation". The results show that: the level of land resources carrying capacity in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is on the rise regardless of the comprehensive level and the orderly development level. The "use and consumption" subsystem has a greater impact on the coordinated development level of land resources carrying capacity system in Beijing, and the "ecological destruction" subsystem has a greater impact on the coordinated development level of land resources carrying capacity system in Tianjin and Hebei.
