摘 要:为了研究设置抗剪销钉对钢筋混凝土叠合楼板承载性能的影响,设计了2组抗剪销钉植入数量不同的叠合板,1组不设销钉叠合板,1组整浇板,分别进行静力加载试验。通过得到的试验数据,对各组板的承载力、板在加载过程中的挠度变化以及钢筋、混凝土的应变变化进行了比较分析。同时结合有限元软件对设置不同数量和不同布置形式销钉的叠合板进行了数值模拟计算分析。研究结果表明:叠合面设置数量足够多的抗剪销钉能保证叠合板的抗弯承载力,而且合理布置抗剪销钉可以提高叠合板整体工作的效率。In order to study the influence of embedded shearing pins on the flexural bearing capacity of reinforced concrete composite floor slabs, two groups of composite floor slabs with different numbers of shearing pins were designed. In one group, no shearing pin was adopted and the other group was integrated slabs. The two groups of slabs were then subjected to static loadings. From the obtained test data, a comparison analysis of the bearing capacity of each group of slabs, the deflection variations of slabs, and the strain variations in steel bars and concrete during the loading process was conducted. At the same time, the finite element analysis software for numerical simulation was applied to the numerical computations of composite slabs with different numbers and arrangements of shearing pins. The results showed that, when the number of shearing pins is sufficient, the flexural bearing capacity of composite floor slabs can be guaranteed. When shearing pins are arranged reasonably, the overall efficiency of composite floor slabs can be improved.
