摘　　要：研究目的:归纳分析2018年国内外土地管理领域的研究进展,展望研究趋势。研究方法:文献统计法。研究结果:2018年国内外在土地管理体制改革、土地制度改革与政策创新、土地立法修法创新、女性土地权益保障等方面具有共同的研究焦点。国内研究继续关注耕地保护,国外研究则较多关注城市土地利用与管理。研究结论:2018年,随着土地管理体制变革、农村土地制度改革、农村新产业新业态用地等新问题不断出现,土地管理领域研究在土地空间资源管理、土地管理体制、土地管理法律修订等方面有所发展。2019年将重点关注自然资源管理体制下土地资源管理的理论与方法创新、农村土地政策创新、空间规划管理与国土空间管制、数量—质量—生态"三位一体"耕地保护等问题。The purpose of this study is to analyze the research progress of land management in China and abroad in 2018, as well as to present the future trend of research. The method employed in this paper is literature review. The results show that land administrative reform, land institutional reform and policy innovation, land legislation innovation as well as female land rights protection were discussed extensively all over the world in 2018. In addition, the international studies paid more attention on urban land use and management, while the domestic studies mainly focused on farmland protection. In conclusion, with the emergence of new problems such as land administrative system reform, rural land institutional reform, and the new land use types for new industries in the rural areas, the research in the field of land management in 2018 made the progress on the land spatial resources management, land administrative system research, land law amendment, etc. In 2019, more attentions could be given to the following topics: theory and method innovation of land resource management under the natural resource management system, rural land policy innovation, spatial planning management and land space control, and quantity-quality-ecology“ three-in-one” cultivated land protection, etc.
