档案信息服务交互平台建设初探

摘　　要：档案信息服务交互平台的建设对于全面准确地分析和把握档案用户的档案资源需求以及服务模式需求有着重要作用。本文对档案信息服务平台的概念进行了界定,分析了档案信息服务平台建设的必要性,构建了档案信息服务交互平台模型,探讨了档案信息服务交互平台在档案利用服务方面的优势。档案信息服务平台建设既能更好地满足档案用户的个性化需求,也能提高档案部门的服务质量、效率与社会地位。The construction of the interactive platform for archive information services plays an important role in comprehensively and accurately analyzing and grasping the archive resources requirements of archival users and the demand for service models. This paper defines the concept of archive information service platform, analyzes the necessity of archival information service platform construction, constructs the interactive platform model of archive information service, and discusses the advantages of archive information service interaction platform in archive utilization service. The construction of the archive information service platform can not only better meet the individual needs of archive users, but also improve the service quality, efficiency and social status of the archives department.
