摘 要:本文借鉴美军先进的计量工作经验,以"面向任务、面向装备、面向一线"为指导思想,以准确、敏捷、可靠为目标,结合我军武器试验机构的实际,对计量工作提出了再造制度机制、优化计量专业、拓展职能使命等应对策略,以更好地为我军武器装备的质量建设服务。With the formation of a new pattern after the reform of national defense and army,the metrology work of military experimental institutions is facing great challenges. This paper applies the risk-based thinking,draws lessons from the advanced metrological work experience of the US military,combines the actual situation of the military experimental institutions,takes "mission oriented,equipment oriented,front-line oriented " as the guiding ideology,and aims at accuracy,agility and reliability. In order to better serve the quality construction of our army’s weapon equipment,this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as reconstructing the system mechanism,optimizing the metrology specialty,expanding the function mission and so on.
